Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Onboarding

By the end of this course, you will be able to

1. understand the RPM onboarding process, including obtaining patient consent and selecting and setting up the appropriate RPM device;

2. integrate RPM into caregiving practice and develop a caregiving schedule using RPM data;

3. communicate with other healthcare providers using RPM data and coordinate care with the doctor’s office; and

4. empower patients in the RPM process and encourage patient engagement with RPM devices.
