Wound Care

Trainees will be able to work with clients who have Wound Care needs and use RPM for monitoring.  At the end of the badge, trainees will be able to do the following: 

1. Define needs for Wound Care  

2. List common steps for Wound Care  

3. Be able to monitor a patient with Wound Care needs 

4. Be able to educate a patient about their Wound Care 

5. Evaluate a health chart of a patient with Wound Care needs 

6. Be able to enter data into RPM for monitoring a patient with Wound Care (with DMP)  

7. Evaluate DMP data of a patient with Wound Care (at critical junctions)
