The KumoLab app is expressly intended solely for the educational testing purposes of CalGrows trainees and is not designed for healthcare applications. It does not have the capability to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. The User is explicitly prohibited from relying on the app as a substitute for professional medical advice. DrKumo Inc. including the App’s creators, developers, and distributors, disclaim any and all liability for actions taken based on the information provided by the App.
The User’s biometric data is securely stored for educational and training purposes exclusively and is not shared with any external entities for healthcare purpose and any other purposes.
